Let’s get an agreement between FOMW and Foundation Partners!
As part of our new partnership, Sellwood Community House has engaged Perkins Coie, the local law firm working pro bono with both groups to draft an option agreement (see below) and help advise on the transaction. We anticipate having a proposal ready to share with FPG in the next two weeks. The agreement we present will seek to establish an agreed price for the Woods, as well as an exclusive time period during which our organizations can raise the funds we need to purchase the property.
